Packages normally ship within 4 business days. We only offer standard shipping options. No expedited or rush shipping.
Because we rely on suppliers for most of our product items, we occasionally must put an item on Back-order. When that product item comes in we will automatically ship it to you. There are no additional charges involved in this process.
If you receive a product item that is Damaged in some way, send us a quick email to email@example.com. If at all possible, include pictures of the damage. Our Shipping Supervisor will contact you with next steps.
