Shipping Questions

You may need to check your Order Status, or check on a Back-order, or return Damaged goods.

  • Regarding Order Status, when you place an order online you will automatically receive a notification:
    • ­­This will come in the form of an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed. This goes to the email that you have listed on file with us.
    • This notification includes a TRACKING NUMBER. Use this to track the status of your shipment once it has left our location.
    • You can also check on your order status through our website (marketplace area) because the same notification email is stored in your order history there.
    • ​If you have issues checking your order status, send us a short email to [email protected].
  • Packages normally ship within 4 business days. We only offer standard shipping options. No expedited or rush shipping.
  • Because we rely on suppliers for most of our product items, we occasionally must put an item on Back-order. When that product item comes in we will automatically ship it to you. There are no additional charges involved in this process.
  • If you receive a product item that is Damaged in some way, send us a quick email to [email protected]. If at all possible, include pictures of the damage. Our Shipping Supervisor will contact you with next steps.​ ​
